How do I know how many people have purchased my e-tickets?

You
can login to your online account (24 hours a day) at iVarta and see the
details of e-ticket sales. You can access this report anytime after we
setup your a/c.

Ideally, when should the online sales close? |
| |
It
depends on the organizers. Some organizers prefer to close the online
sales 24 hours before the event time, while others sell the tickets until
the event starts. It all depends on how long you can access the online
sales report (that is the list of eTicket buyers.) You should ideally
close the sale before you access the online sales report for the last time
(before your event starts). Your coordinator should decide the time of
closing and inform us in advance. |

How do I make the process smooth for e-Ticket buyer? |

You
should access your account at least once a day and make the
envelope ready with the number of paper tickets for all the new buyers
that day (separate envelope for each buyer). Entry process can be
extremely simple at the gate when you have an envelope ready for each
E-ticket buyer. When the eBuyer arrives: verify their e-receipt &
photo-id, hand them over their envelop having paper tickets and remove the
name/no of tickets for that buyer on your list. |

What if some buyer did not bring the printed receipt? |

Its
entirely the organizer’s decision whether to allow the buyer or not.
According to the terms of the online sale, we have a clear notice what
buyer is supposed to do after they buy the e-tickets. |

When do I get the money towards the sale? |
| |
The
Credit Card/Google payment process takes about 5 days to complete after
the sale closes. We send you a payment check 7 days after the sale is
closed. |

Can a buyer claim the refund or cancel the ticket purchase? |
| |
Yes, technically the buyer can request a refund even after the
purchase is done. The
decision whether or not to allow the refunds (in specific individual
cases) is made by the event organizers. If we receive a specific request
from the organizers we shall process the refund to specific buyers. Please
note that the service and other fees associated with a ticket sale will
not be refunded. |

What if I have to cancel/reschedule the show? |
| |
You
need to inform us immediately so that we can inform the buyers about the
change/cancellation. In this situation you agree to offer a full
refund to the buyer if they do not wish to attend the rescheduled event or
if the event is cancelled all together. |

Who manages the refund? |
|
We can issue a
refund to the buyers that have purchased e-tickets on our website. |
